ProWrestling101.co.uk today has lots of news regards the continued formation of the PW101 Roster, with announcements for September 19th and beyond.

Introducing Quadruple M

PW101 today announces a further roster member and combatant for our September 19th debut event. Keen followers of British Wrestling may recognise this fighter as the former “ Prince Ameen “, but in the 101 universe the Prince is no more.

Quadruple M : “ Money Makin’ “ Mo Montana is this mans name, and he lives by the ethos that “ The World is His “ . The only thing to match the amount of ill gotten money Quadruple M has is his love of humiliating and intimidating not just pro wrestling opponents, but everyone he comes across, and for using his seemingly endless supply of money to buy anyone and anything he wants.

Money Makin’ says that he always tells the truth, even when he lies, but the truth is that this is a man who has been tipped for the top of British Wrestling by various publications, and a man who is still young and hungry for accolades and success. His express goal is to rise to the top of the 101 mountain, by any means necessary. He doesn’t need the money, but for Quadruple M, it is all about bolstering his already huge ego. Will Money Makin’s head even fit inside the venue on September 19th ? Who or what could he attempt to buy ? We will all find out September 19th at Brave New World.


Travis is 101

Last week we announced the signing of Martin Kirby to the 101 Roster to pursue a singled career. Well today we can announce that Kirby’s regular Project Ego tag team partner elsewhere has also signed to the 101 Roster and to compete on September 19th. Kris Travis has been, over the past eighteen months, one of the most consistent, entertaining and versatile pro wrestlers in the entire of Britain. A Former singles and tag team champion, Travis can do it all in the pro wrestling ring. After hearing the news that Kirby would be wrestling in the singles division in 101 Travis immediately set his goals on rising to the top of the very same division as his partner.


101 Gets Super Stylin’

Yet another fresh, hungry and youthful talent signed for the 101 Roster and for competition on September 19th. 101 Gets “ Super Stylin “ with the addition of the red hot high flying sensation and fun loving “ Super Stylin’ “ Sam Bailey. Bailey has been wowing crowds up and down the UK with his hi tech 21st century aerial skills and charismatic personality, and now he gets the opportunity to make his mark on the growing 101 roster. There is a definite buzz amongst the competitors on the 101 roster, and already some heated competitiveness to impress the PW101 fans. Roster spots are not guaranteed, and many of our fighters will be looking to really impress to get a good footing on the roster as PW101 grows. Bailey has said he is coming to “ Brave New World “ to make his mark.


Introducing the 101 Co-Hosts

ProWrestling101.co.uk today introduces you to the Co-Hosts of PW101 live events. 101 is doing away with the traditional role of ring announcer / MC and replacing that with a pair of live event co-hosts, that will guide the fans through the show.

Adam Curtis made his pro wrestling debut as the original host of 1PW’s Sky Television show, and has gone on to add colour commentary and management to his resume. In the original 1PW Curtis may have ended up as someone the fans loved to hate, but he comes to 101 following the 101 ethos, with a fresh slate and a fresh attitude. Curtis will provide impartial live event hosting, guiding the fans through the thrills and spills of 101 live events, alongside his broadcast partner -

“ Diamond “ Dale Mills made his debut as a play by play commentator for the original 1PW in early 2007. It seems whereas Mills’ long time broadcast colleague Curtis has suddenly found his conscience, thanks to being a part of the 101 team, Mills has gone the opposite way. Mills’ success has gone to his head, and it seems like many people, the pro wrestling business has brought about the very ugliest elements of his personality. Dale is an egotistical, self serving, fan disliking big head, with a penchant for bending the rules in his favour and cheering on the unjust.

PW101 Officials are sure that just like the universal laws of balance, these two very opposite and very different characters will balance each other out, and provide some very colourful and eventful guidance through the 101 live events. PW101 believes that Mills and Curtis have limitless chemistry together, and that will be to the fans benefits come September 19th, when they make their 101 debuts as the Live Event Co-Hosts at “ A Brave New World “


The Diamond Exchange

Apparently Dale Mills has learnt the art of pro wrestling politicking, because in addition to being named as one of the live event Co-Hosts, Mills is also rumoured to have wrangled himself a high ranking position in the management structure of PW101, soon to be named as the “Head of Talent Relations “ . This writer is already worried the power is going to Mills’ head as his first official act in management was to announced the formation of the “ Diamond Exchange “, which will be a group of , according to Mills “ Elite Wrestlers that have not received a fair shake “ that he is planning to guide the to the very top of PW101.

ProWrestling101.co.uk approached Mills for comment but all he would reveal was “ At this stage the only member of the Diamond Exchange that I’m willing to divulge is one of my best friends, and one of the greatest unsung talents in British Wrestling, Mr 101, Matt Slater. You will all have to wait until September 19th to see who else is going to be a part of the Diamond Exchange “

More news on this situation as it develops , but apparently Mills has a very “large” surprise for anyone who opposed the Diamond Exchange.


Sykes is 101

Also announced today, the head of the Pro Wrestling 101 Dojo, RDW Promoter, Sykes, has also officially signed up to the 101 roster for active competition. Sykes, who is a well respected and hard hitting grappler and trainer will be looking to make a name for himself on the active roster. One has to hope that Sykes does not go down the same path as former 1PW Academy Head Trainer Keith Myatt, who developed a penchant for bullying and intimidating his students that spilled over onto the shows themselves. Sykes is one of those fighters that stands to gain from a good showing in 101, and who stands to benefit from 101’s policy of giving opportunities for our roster to compete for the top slots available. Sykes was already a well competent and dangerous foe for any grappler, but when you factor in his desire to progress up the roster, this man is sure to be someone most 101 roster members will not want to see their names next to on the match making list.
