RQW Press Release:

We are now only 10 days away from Real Quality Wrestling's final show of the year, "Not Just for Christmas 2007", on Thursday December 20th 2007 from the Mick Jagger Centre in Dartford, Kent, and things are heating up in RQW!

We do now have a signed, sealed and delivered main event for this show. This week's RQW TV programme showed how the Zebra Kid directly interfered in Ricky Knight's singles main event with Brett "The Kraft" Meadows, handing the win to his father in very dubious circumstances. Meadows then challenged the Knight Dynasty to a tag match: the two of them against Meadows and a partner of his choosing.

Well, Meadows revealed to RQW owner Len Davies who his partner will be a few days ago, and all four wrestlers have now signed for a colossal main event. RQW TV viewers will be the first to discover just who Meadows' tag team partner is, all we will say now is that this announcement will have fans counting down the days to December 20th, as this will be the first time these four men have EVER been in the same ring at the same time.

One more match has been signed recently, and revealed on RQW TV a few weeks ago. "The Heavyweight House of Pain" Stixx, accompanied as always by the vivacious Stephanie, will tackle "The Specialist" Mark Sloan. Sloan has the edge in experience, but Stixx holds the size advantage. However, Sloan has one of wrestling's finest minds and is very familiar with his opponent, through the FWA Academy, and knows how to make Stixx's perceived advantage turn into a disadvantage. Size vs speed, brain vs brawn, power vs matwork - this one should be fascinating.

Other matches already signed for Not Just for Christmas 2007 are:

* The RQW debut of The Iron Lions vs Maximum Head - Andy Boy Simmonz has brought in his 1PW tag team partner, James Tighe, after the public falling out with former partner LT Summers, however, only a fool would overlook Maximum Head, who came about half a second away from becoming the RQW Tag Team Champions on this week's RQW TV show. Momentum is on Maximum Head's side. It is most certainly not on Simmonz or Tighe's side. Which way will this one go?

* "The Heretic" Red Vinny defends his RQW Cruiserweight title against the undisputed No 1 contender, Zak Zodiak. The young Norwich native has been on a winning streak in RQW, but Vinny has been defending his title on IWW's recent tour of Ireland. Both men go into this one confident, but only one man can call himself champion.

* Mad Man Manson defends his love of Christmas against another RQW debutant, and possibly the UK's biggest "bah humbug", Omer Ibrahim. One man loves Christmas, one man hates it, and only Manson could end up having a wrestling match over it. Anything could, and probably will, happen in this one.

* The Jon Ryan £10,000 Submission Challenge returns! If anyone is brave enough to challenge Ryan and last five minutes without being forced to submit by "The Bad Boy of British Wrestling", then they will be able to claim the £10,000 prize on offer.

* The UK Luchador, El Ligero faces Dartford's own never-say-die hero, Jimmy Havoc, in a cruiserweight match. Ligero will be keen on a win to elevate himself in the cruiserweight rankings, while Havoc wants to establish himself on the main RQW roster and a win here will do just the trick.

* Plus "The Army of One" Sam Slam will be in action! Slam's last two matches have lasted about two minutes each! Find out who is next to step up to the plate on December 20th, as this monstrous athlete tears through RQW!

* And last but by no means least, we can confirm that the RQW Heavyweight Champion, "The Guv'nor" Martin Stone, will be in attendance at this show!

Don't forget - wrestling tickets make great Christmas presents, and you can also get your face on national television! So come along and support Real Quality Wrestling for a huge night of wrestling action!
