It’s less than four months until the big European Heavyweight tournament in Buchholz, Germany. While Lionheart and The Cowboy From The Alps, “Rebel” Damon Brix are already qualified, there are still six spots left. Two of them will be decided really soon.
First, the danish participant for the one night tournament will be found on
january 2nd in Nykøbing Falster during a boxing event. Unfortunately, Tank had to pull out of the tournament. He will be replaced by his tag team partner in Denmarks number one tag team Arhus Mafiaen,
Prince Mohammed. Mohammed already announced to make his tag team partner proud and move on to the big tournament.
On
february 5th in Holmfirth, West Yorkshire, England SSW is going to hold “New Resolutions”, their first event of 2010. This event will be headlined by the European Heavyweight Title Tournament match between “The Prodigy” Paul Malen and the “Heavyweight House Of Pain” Stixx.
The long awaited
UEWA Pay Pay View “Dawn Of Europe” will be released tomorrow via
www.hybrident.tv. This PPV will feature six big matches from CWN, DPW, ICW, PBW and SSW and is a perfect start to get an idea what the UEWA is all about. Matches included are “Bad Bones” John Kay vs. “Rebel” Damon Brix from Germanys CWN, DPW offers a match between Chaos and the sensational second generation wrestler Axel Dieter Jr. and Italy’s ICW brings TNAs newest superstar Desmond Wolfe who – under his former moniker Nigel McGuinness – steps into the ring with arguably Italys best wrestler, Kaio. Premier British Wrestling will give the fans a closer look on one of Scotlands most popular wrestlers, Wolfgang – he will face off with England’s Martin Stone. The show is rounded up by two of the best female wrestlers in the world, when the “Croatian Panther” Wesna and Blue Nikita from Greece give it all in the SSW ring. As a bonus feature, CWN offers another match which has been called Match Of The Year 2007 by many – US superstar Chris Hero, “Bad Bones” John Kay and Swiss superstar Ares take it on in a fantastic three way dance.
As a special christmas gift, we will announce the complete tournament tree for this huge tournament on december 25th. Stay tuned and make your own suggestions who will be the first European Heavyweight Champion!
