Alex Shelley suffered an injury at the TNA UK Tour, and he's not allowed to wrestle outside TNA so he will be replaced in the 16 Carat tournament by his Tag Partner:

-The 4th spot for the UK Block goes to
Doug Williams. (Note: Doug Williams will be the only wrestler who competed in all four 16 Carat Gold Tournaments!)
-The Alternate spot for the Puroresu Block will be taken by the Canadian Promotion
